PT Lobunta Kencana Raya is a well established and growing mining contractor company looking for qualified and highly motivated individuals that willing to work at remote area to support our operation expansion program.

Currently we are looking for motivated person and target progress oriented to join and fill the positions as follow:

 

1.HRD & GA

Responsibilities:

To be responsible in managing and maintaining all HRD&GA daily activities

To manage recruitment and staffing process

To perform tasks in the fields of employee relations (e.g. compensation and benefits, people motivation, discipline, employee services, employee welfare, and grievance procedures)

To manage general HRD administration, as well as to analyze and improve current administration practices

Control & Monitoring daily manpower time sheet as at project site.

Requirements:

- Age Max 35 yeats Old

- Having Minimum Bachelor degree majoring any dicipline

- Having at least 3 years of experiences in related field

2. SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

Periodic surveys of quarrying progress of both overburden and hard

Understand topograpichal surveys and productions in hard rock/metalliferous/iron/mining

knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.

Requirements:

- Age Max 35 yeats Old

- Having Minimum D3 Geodetic

- Having at least 3 years of experiences in related field

3.Mine Planning Engineering
Responsibilities:

To perform mine design, mine planning and control activities with the objective of ensuring the safe and economically sound development of mines with environmental awareness.

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years expetience in site based roles
• Has mining design and scheduling experience and exposure in an open cut gold or precious metal mining environment.

4.HSE

Requirements:

• Male 27 - 35 yars old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Health And Safety Management.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Certified AK3, POP
• Good understanding about OHS Legislation,Coal & Mineral Safety
  
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

All Position willing to be located at remote area : Sumsel,South Halmahera and Kalimantan
