Shift Leader
Karawang
Responsibilities:
- Make sure that the shift runs smoothly and according to plan
- Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
- Supervise production operation in accordance with procedures
- Ensure a clean and safe work area
- Complete shift paper work
- Responsible for day to day production control activities
- Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
Requirements:
- Male, age 25-35 years old
- Minimum 2 years manufacturing working experience
- Experience with plastics injection molding background
- Good understanding of related manufacturing process control
- Knowledge of QC tools and FMEA
- Basic in MS office applications
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang or Karawang area
- Required to work rotating shifts
