HR Supervisor or Staff
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection
- Designing and implementing HR policies
- Manpower planning
- Manage training and development programs
- Compliance with prevailing law and regulations
Requirements:
- Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
- Minimum S1
- Have knowledge in recruiting, HR protocol and HR standard
- Familiar with manpower regulation/law
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and interpersonal skill
- Good in Ms. Office applications
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang and/or Karawang area
