Our client from UK, the world's largest business services company operating in over 40 countries and currently a market leader in the industry (Pest Control and Hygiene business) with branch offices throughout Indonesia seeking qualified candidates for the position of:

 

DESIGNATION: RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

 

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • S-1 from Psychology Discipline with some emphasis on Human Resources Management (preferably from State-owned University)
  • Young & dynamic , proactive , initiative person.
  • Intermediate knowledge and understanding of human resources management, methods, practices, concepts, principles, and procedures.
  • Understanding and familiar with government laws and regulations regarding human resources practice.
  • Basic knowledge of and skill in applying methods, principles, and practices of the Human Resources (HR) field such as recruitment and placement, employee relation, training development, performance appraisal, career planning and employee benefit.
  • Good knowledge in and able to conduct Psychological tests
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to give training / presentation to the employee
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have good supervisory skills.
  • Good command in English is a MUST.
  • Can work under pressure, minimum supervision, mature, self motivated, hard working, aggressive
  • CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Arranging and preparing for employees' recruitment, induction and other matters related to HR function;

· Coordinate and execute all recruitment activities under very close interface with relevant Departments and persons to ensure smooth and effectiveness of the recruitment.

· Coordinate and supervise all recruitment activities for the competent, motivated, committed candidates to meet personnel requisition in the right time, number and job qualification.

· Preparing annual budget for HR Department related with Recruitment.

· Any other tasks as assigned by Superior.
