Job Description Executive Secretary
The Executive Secretary is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
The Executive Secretary reports to the CEO and is responsible for providing senior level secretarial and clerical services for the CEO, COO and CFO.
High performing employee will have a chance to enhance their career by enrolling in our in house rotation program to explore desired different career paths such as Finance, Operations or R&D.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office
Main Activities
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Provide word-processing and secretarial support Type confidential documents on a word processing software (MS Word) Assist the C-level executives as requested Assist Finance department in ad-hoc tasks Perform other related duties as required
Skills
Office administration experience Computer Skills (MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent time management Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks

Gender: Female Age:18-32 Education: High School/Diploma/University Graduate Character: Diligent, Honest and Proactive Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (1 hr lunch break) Office Location: Pantai Indah Kapuk
