Asia. Our client is
part of a world renowned direct selling holding company that is currently
ranked as the 5th largest direct sales companies in the worlds with
operations in over 60 countries across the globe.  

Our client has a long history of providing high-quality cosmetics and personal
care via a 'person to person' using a party selling / networking model.
Currently, our client is preparing for the launch of their brand in Indonesia
and looking for a highly qualified individual to fill in position as Area
Sales Managers (Jakarta,
Surabaya, Semarang).

The role of the Area Sales Manager, ASM, will be to focus on growing Key
Performance Indicators for a specific geographic area.  The KPIs include
but are not limited to: New Recruits, Active Consultant Base, Productivity,
Leadership Growth, and Retention.  The ASM will lead the strategic growth
initiatives for their respective area and work in partnership to identify and
grow healthy and stable leaders. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Identify,
recruit, develop, train & coach the external sales force.Manages
and grows the assigned portfolio through training, development, motivation
and sales force coaching.Prepares
and implements an area business plan which includes sales development
strategies, leadership coaching, market and area development programs
while following corporate timetables to achieved agreed upon area sales
goals.Coaches
and supports the leaders in the company earning opportunity through
setting goals, monitoring targets  to plan, providing direction and
developing appropriate sales activities to support plan achievement.
Ability to think on your feet, solve a
variety of daily challenges in alignment with company guidelines while working
in a very independent environment.

Performs
other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Qualifications:
3+ years sales related experience in
direct sales or related industry.Experience in working independently and
setting up environment. Ability to travel 70% of time.High energy with ability to effectively
motivate, lead and influence others. Excellent, clear and effective
communicator with a professional demeanor. Ability to conduct professional training
in front of a large diverse audience.English & Bahasa Indonesia
proficiency, verbal and written is a must.
