Dear All, A newly incorporated consulting firm in West Jakarta is looking for a Sales/Marketing Officer. The firm has 4 divisions: recruitment-assessment services, training services, organization development (HR) consulting services, and talent management services. Position and Role Description: The incumbent will works for Head of Business Development, under the Principal. This role will be accountable on: Creating brand awareness Door opener to potential clients Developing prospective client list Generating service contract (long-term and short-term) Maintain good client relation Suitable qualification for this role would be you who has: Understanding of HR processes Passion in marketing and selling services Strong drive of achievement Good interpersonal relation skill Preferably: good command of English, Sarjana degree (any major), has HR works experience for a year.
