SENIOR SALES ENGINEER
(Automotive Spare part products)
PONTIANAK, MAKASSAR, & SEMARANG
Uraian kerja:
Bertanggung jawab atas penjualan, pemasaran, dan distribusi produk di area tersebut di atas.
Kualifikasi:
• Pendidikan minimal S1, lebih disukai yang berasal dari jurusan teknik otomotif/teknik mesin
• Memiliki pemahaman yang baik di bidang otomotif, terutama sparepart
• Terbuka bagi pelamar yang memiliki pengalaman sebagai sales selama 3-5 tahun
• Dapat berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris
• Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas
Responsibilities:
• Responsible of handling major wholesaler accounts of the company group, in planning, tracking, and follow-up of sales quotations, orders, customer forecasting and planning of each individual account.
• To ensure achievement of customer service level to customers, including customer compliant management and also the coordination with internal sales admin to support on-time delivery to customers.
• Ensure that updated price lists and product information is sent to customer for follow-up.
• Customer care & trouble shooting, handling of customer complaints, feedback in a timely & discipline manner.
• Working together with the Senior Sales Manager to assess the weighted distribution of products within the distribution channel.
• Work closely with the product marketing team in developing the right product mix for the market and distribution to ensure consistent sales of market-relevant products.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical engineering, Sales/Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Min. 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience (especially in Sales Environment).
• Extensive knowledge & understanding of sales & the local distribution network.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket (spare parts) trade or relevant industrial background with knowledge of distribution channel behaviour and requirements.
• Experience & knowledge in customer account development & management - backorder, payment handling.
• Handle & assist customers with order forecasting to ensure stock availability & on-time delivery to meet market demand.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - persuasive, able to handle conflict and pressure & good negotiation skills, problem solving skills, sense for detail, strong communication skills, comfortable working with all individuals at all organization level (cross-functional), able to drive business process improvement and able to work independently.
