We are PMA engaged in the trading of home appliances which located at Jakarta Timur seeking talented individuals to join and grow with us. We are looking for bright and talented individuals to join our team for the following position:
Import Purchasing
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth custom clearance of all imported cargo in cost-effective way and in compliance with the regulation by maintaining good relationship with the government, National Single Window (NSW) & Duty Tariff, and other related parties; also to prepare administrations related to contract of forwarding companies.
- Managing the custom clearance
- Managing cost clearance effectively and efficiently
- Managing import documents
- Producing timely report to government on monthly Tax & Duty liability
Requirements:
- Reputable University graduates (D3) from all discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years solid experience in importing area for manufacturing
- Computer literate (MS Office & Others) and familiar with MYOB
- Attention to detail, accuracy, achievement oriented, and strong negotiation skill
- Fluent in English for reading, writing, and speaking to deal with international suppliers and affiliates
