& TB Simatupang area is looking for a dynamic young people to join our
great support team as administration.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing
call professionally
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Handling office car and driver
arrangement
- Handling correspondence and
filling documents.
- Handling administration work,
courier daily schedule, etc
Requirements:
- Female with minimal diploma
degree from administration or secretarial academy
- Minimum 1 year experience as
receptionis/customer service or related position (Fresh Graduated are welcome
to apply)
- Good interpersonal and
communication skill
- Service Oriented and Good
appearance
- Good office administration
skill
- Computer literate (Microsoft
Office / e-mail /)
- Proficiency in English.
