1. ProjectPlanning Officer ( salary 7 – 8 jt )
Job Descriptions:
To do end to end process in project planning for
office interior fitting out contractor consist of designing, drafting and
estimating process from pitching stage to project execution stage.
Requirements:
· Male
· Minimum Graduated from D3 of
Architecture or Civil background
· Minimum 4 years experiences in
interior project planning and estimation positionat design or
project management consultantor office contracting
company.
· Understanding and familiar in
detail – breakdown & estimation for work and material for office interior
project is a must
· Have material and vendor
database would be as advantage
· Good ability in designing, drafting and estimating
furniture and non furniture work
· Familiar with
design and drawing software
· Smart, creative, conscientious, has a high
discipline, good communication skill, eager to face new challenges and willing
to grow with the company
2. Interior ProjectCoordinator ( salary 9 – 10 jt )
Job Descriptions:
To do end to end process in
managing project for office interior fitting out contractor. Coordinate both design/planning
activities and construction activities, from pitching stage to project
handover.
Requirements:
· Male
· Graduated from S1, Design
Interior, Architecture or Civil background
· Minimum 5 years experiences in
interior project management positionat design or
project management consultant,
preferably familiar with office interior project
· Good abilityin interior design and project management
· Understanding in office
interior detailing and material is a must
· Could be use software design
with advance skill especially Auto-Cad , Sketch-up or 3D Max , Corel ,
Photoshop
· Could be use software project
with advance skill especially MS Project
· Have excellent communication
skill with client (as external side ) and construction team + workshop ( as
internal side)
· Smart, good leadership, creative, conscientious,
has a high discipline, good communication skill, eager to face new challenges
and willing to grow with the company
3. Drafter
& Estimator for Interior Project ( salary 3 – 4 jt )
Requirements:
· Male
· Graduated from SMK / D3,
Design Interior, Architecture or Civil background will be advantage
· 2years experiences in interior project drafting and estimation position,
preferably familiar with office interior project
· Good ability in drafting and estimating furniture and
non furniture work
· Understanding in office
interior detailing and material is a must
· Familiar with
design and drawing software
· Smart, conscientious, has a
high discipline, good communication skill, eager to face new challenges and
willing to grow with the company
4. Purchasing and
Material Planner Manager ( salary 12 – 13 jt )
Requirements:
· Male
· Graduated from D3 / S1,
Design Interior, Architecture or Civil background will be advantage
· 7 years experiences in
contractor company
· Good ability in drafting and estimating furniture and
non furniture work
· Understanding in office
interior detailing and material is a must
· Familiar with
design and drawing software
· Smart, conscientious, has a
high discipline, good communication skill, eager to face new challenges and
willing to grow with the company
