To keep up with our organizational dynamics, we are inviting highly motivated and passionate professional to fill the following position:

Personal Assistant [code: PA0912 - Temporary]

(Kuningan – Jakarta Selatan)

This is for a temporary replacement as the staff is taking her maternity leave

Responsibilities:

• Personal Assistance to BoD
• Assist the BoD's daily activities, scheduling of meetings, and correspondence
• Manage travel logistics (visa, ticketing, hotel booking, etc) and prepare expense report.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experiences handling BoD
• Communicative, initiative, able to handle multi tasking duties
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to work beyond regular office hour
• Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and other English language skills
• Capable work with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
