General Requirements:
-         Male/Female, max. 40 years old (Senior Position), max. 35 years old
(Associate Position)
-         Excellent academic record from a recognized law school
-         Good personality, excellent communication skills, able to work
independently or in a team
-         Possess an Advocate License from PERADI
 
 
Requirements for Corporate
Dept.:
-         Min. 7 years
(for Senior Position), Min. 5 years (for Associate Position) & Min. 2
years  working experience in  Corporate Law Firm
-         Well versed
with various corporate legal assignments, i.e.: legal due diligence, corporate
restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, loan arrangements & capital
market.
-         Excellent
command in English communication skills

years  experience in litigation work
(bankruptcy, arbitration, criminal & civil law)
-         Knowledgeable in
various litigation assignments (commercial & criminal) covering multiple levels
of courts
-         Experienced in
drafting & preparing legal opinions & assisting or accompanying clients
during legal proceedings
