Requirements for Sales or Marketing Executive for Tally.ERP9

Qualification: Any Bachelor degree i.e., any Graduate
(Preferably in Finance /accounts)

Experience :
Minimum two years experience in Sales & Marketing, of which minimum
one year experience in any Accounting or other software or Hardware
Sales

Fresh Graduates are welcome.

Gender : Male/Female
Age : 22 – 30

Requirements:

 Should be having hands on experience in Software Sales.
 Hardcore sales person and Should be sales driven
 Strong understanding of customer and market and requirements.
 Meticulous and have eye on details, resourceful and good looking and
presentation skills.
 Self Motivated with high level of common sense, groomed to deal with
customers, to ensure Peace of Mind and pride of ownership to our
customers.
 Positive attitude, willing to work hard and keen in learning and
updating himself with latest Tally.ERP developments.
 A team player with the positive attitude, responsible and able to
work independently.
 Practical and process experience for problem diagnose and resolving.
 Good interpersonal and communication skills in English written and spoken.
 Willing to Travel, Willing to learn new things, Self Starter and go- getter.
 Preferably multilingual person
 Having Personal vehicle will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties pertaining to Sales of Tally.ERP9
• Driving business through lead generation, leads via web, industry,
calls, e-mails and with other commercial sources etc.
• Prospecting, identifying & developing new customers.
• Arranging/attending meetings with existing and new prospect for
additional business.
• Focused customer targeting, follow ups and presentations
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement & Coordinating and follow up
with running proposals and closing proposals.
• Industry domain targeting and assessing the requirements
• To perform day to day Marketing & Business Development activities.
• To get a business from existing avenue & to develop new one.
• To monitor proposal, and to make action plan accordingly.
• Assisting for Tally division and colleagues as and when required as
per the directions of the management.
• Assist & Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the
management from time to time.
