Responsibilities:
* Assisting Managing Director for day to day secretarial duties
Requirements:
* Female, maximum Age 32 years
* Minimum Diploma Degree majoring in Secretary, minimum GPA of 3 in a
scale of 4
* Have min. 2 years experience as Secretary (preferred as Secretary
in Logistic Industry)
* Fluent in English (oral and written) is a must
* Excellent skills in MS Office (esp. Ms. Power Point),
administrative job and business correspondence
* Proactive with excellent communication and multi tasking skills
* Good personality, creative, high integrity and demonstrate the
ability to work in a team environment
* This is temporary position
