Central Park Mall, Garden Shopping Arcade, Central Park Office Tower,

4 residentials area consists of Mediterania Garden Residences 1 & 2, Royal Mediterania Garden Residences and Central Park Residences.

 

We are inviting professional candidates who want to grow with us for the stated position:

Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

Plan, design and supervise major renovations, remodeling and additions.

 

Prepare construction documents, write specifications, review bid documents.

 

Meet with department heads or representatives to determine interior architecture needs.

 

Maintains illustrative materials on available products and materials for selection by the user.

 

Meets with vendors, suppliers and contractors. Review interior needs with sales representatives and vendors to determine who can provide the best service.

 

Procures furnishings, materials and equipment.

 

Prepares proposals for design work including sketches and costs estimates for labor, equipment, and materials.

 

Prepares final designs and specifications within budgetary restrictions.

 

Helps estimators with complex interior projects.

 

Performs necessary drafting work for projects.

 

Performs related work as required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Experienced in Five Star Hotel Buildings / Resorts.
• English both oral and written is a must.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
