Customer Service
Jakarta Raya - Cilandak
Responsibilities:
* To support sales executive activity in order to achieve monthly
budget, generate additional revenues, handle customer inquiry, make
timely update to customer, handle validation process, produce and
update performance report such as scorecard that is required by
customer and service review through assessment driven by customer's
expectation.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in industrial
engineering or equivalent.
* Female, max. 30 years old.
* At least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service or
equivalent.
* Experience in Logistics industry.
* Have good communication skills, proactive and customer-oriented.
* Able to communicate in English
