2.: Gridview editable rows control

Hi All,
In my requirement, In grid view there are 3 columns 1)asset name--
this is label field 2)First review comments-- is textbox field 3)Second
review comments--is textbox field and edit/update links are there. When
First reviewer logs in and click edit link only first review comments textbox editable and secd review comment
textbox shouls be readonly and same when second reviewer loggedin
firstreview comment textbox should readonly and secd rev comments
textbox editable..
Please could anyone let me know how i can control editing textbox fields with in same row of gridview..
