So, I do not even know where to begin in trying to help you. You have so many different issues here.

How familiar are you with sharepoint?

YA

The installation in production environment should be done in a Farm mode which will have proper session management, content management, administration and security

Also the single account used as service account across the services is a Domain Admin account which should never be the case. This is most powerful account and should be used at all at any cost. We recommend to define separate service accounts with required permission only for different services used across the EVG Solution.

We recommend changing the authentication model from NTLM to Claim Based. With claim based authentication application will be able to scale out on authentication model for future authentication requirements with different systems. Claim based authentication supports.

User sent me a e-mail through the group.

Essentially it's another offshore consultant who took a job that has no experience on how to implement the solution.

I need to script down the installation of our SharePoint solution which uses Claims Based Auth, across various client environments and a MUST requirement is to automate web config modifications for Central Administration site and STS.

I have run through search and found recommendations to do it manually which, given the nature of solution and the number of times I have to repeat I cannot afford.

Is there any way using SharePoint object model to accomplish this ? if not what is the best alternate.

I will really appreciate the help.
 Thank you,
-Bilal
