>Job Description: Personal Assistant
>Assist CEO in meeting
the organization goals

>Reporting to: CEO
>1. Purpose:
>o  Manage
internal and external communication on CEO's behalf
>o  Analyze
and present data to enable decision making by CEO.
>o  Assist
in the organizational goals and process.
>
>
>2. Specific Tasks:
>o  Develop
quick understanding of the business environment, internal organization and ways
of working.
>o  Establish
rapport with key people in the organization and other stakeholders to the
company.
>o  Understand
key performance indicators of the company and hence various program to meet
these goals.
>o  Monitor
and report progress on these programs. Highlight risks, delays, and
opportunities to CEO.
>o  Drive
key projects to advance organization change process.
>o  Support
strategy in consultation with BOD & Head of Department for the chosen
function and manage the ensuing actions.
>o  Assist
CEO in conducting monthly, quarterly, & annual reviews.
>o  Conduct research, compile data, and
prepare documents for consideration and presentation by executives, committees
and Board of Directors.
>o  Managing, monitoring and implementing
the Business Calendar of CEO. 
>o  Attend Executive and Senior Management
Meetings to record minutes including distribution and timely follow-up of key
actions.
>o  Read and analyze incoming reports,
submissions and memos to determine their significance and plan their
distribution.
>o  Provide simultaneous oral English
translation at staff gatherings, business meetings, store visits and events.
>o  Provide timely written English
translation for personal and incoming business correspondence,
and related documents.
>o  Managing petty-cash, claims and
settlement in relation to the expenses of CEO.
>o  Coordinate all travel arrangements for
executive and staff of the Head Office.

>3. Requirements:
>Skills, Knowledge
& Abilities
>Essential
>o  Diploma
from reputable Secretarial College, university degree is advantageous.
>o  Ability
to work independently with minimum instructions.
>o  Ability
to see big picture, analyze and break complex problems into smaller manageable
parts.
>o  Ability to work in a
non-hierarchical set up
>o  Must
be able to travel and accommodate busy schedule.
>o  Must
be able to work in a dynamic environment.

>Important
>o  Excellent
communication and language skills. Fluency over at least 2 languages –
Indonesia & English
>o  Ability
to multi-task without getting stressed.
>o  Commitment
to making a positive change to the organization.
>o  Minimum
3 years experience in comparable position.
>o  Experience
in working with expatriate.
>o  Must
be self-starter and fast learner.
>o  Must
possess a warm and engaging personality.
>o  Must
have professional business appearance and mindset.
