Indian politicians and English are two world's apart. Laloo Prasad Yadav
became a Youtube sensation, for his speech in Parliament while presenting
rail budget during his tenure.
It is a sad state indeed when the country has such ministers who are not
even able to talk in English. The term of his Chief Ministership was called
