I would like to annouce several vacant positions in EF ENGLISH FIRST Swara Group. Please kindly broadcast the information below to whom might needed.

EF English First is a world renowned language institution and we now have ten schools in our group and the newest school no 10 in Taman Yasmin, Bogor started in February 2012.
We now have vacancies, for our branches in Pluit, Tebet, Tanjung Duren, Cengkareng, Puri Indah, Gading Serpong, Tangerang City, BSD, Bogor, and Taman Yasmin.

It's a great opportunity to be part of an internationally recognized language schools!!!

1. Course Consultant (Customer Relation Officer)

•Preferably female, below 25 years old
•Fresh graduate/under-graduate are welcome to apply
•Able to sell services/products through phone
•Able to work independently and team
•Able to work under pressure
•Strong customer service and target oriented


2.Course Consultant Administration

•Preferably female, below 25 years old
•Min. D3 any major – from reputable university
•Good communication in English and interpersonal skills
•Attention to details, accurate, good initiative
•Excellent competency in handling administrative job such as distribution, filling, book keeping, inventory, etc


3. Marketing Coordinator

•Below 28 years old with minimum 1 year experience in marketing
•Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
•Good at dealing with people and good communication skill
•Strong customer service and target oriented
•Having knowledge about graphic-design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel, Freehand, etc) would be an advantage


4. Assistant Manager

•Female, below 28 years old
•Minimum Bachelor Degree's (S1) from a reputable university
•Good dealing with people and  good communication skill
•Possess minimum 1 year experience as a Supervisor will be an advantage


5. Telemarketing

•Min. SMK/SMA, below 26 years old
•Previous experience in telemarketing or call centre for at least 1 year will be an advantage
•Strong communication skills and negotiation skill is a must
•Able to sell services/products through phone
•Strong customer service and target oriented


6. IT Support

•Male, below 27 years old
•Having knowledge and experience of LAN/WAN, PC, and peripheral troubleshooting would be an advantage
•Fast leaner, eager to help people, and user satisfaction oriented
•Prepared to be mobile, working in all our schools locations
•To be located in EF Bogor and EF Taman Yasmin


7.General Administration

•Preferably female, below 25 years old
•Min. D3 any major – from reputable university
•Good communication in English and interpersonal skills
•Attention to details, accurate, good initiative
•Excellent competency in handling administrative job such as distribution, invoicing, filling, book keeping, inventory, etc
