Position : Receptionist & GA Admin
Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming/outgoing calls, customer's inquiries, and complaints
• Welcoming visitors
• Distributing documents i.e. faxes, memos, letters
• Organizing meeting rooms
• To maintain our service excellence
• Filling/Documentation process/Maintaining database
• Administration support to HR/GA Department
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Human Resources/Secretary with GPA min 3.00
• Female, 22 - 25 years old, good looking
• Attractive, pleasant personality, helpful, Know how to represent her self (manner and physical appearance)
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply but preferably has min 1 year experience in receptionist/front liner/administration/ HR routine Clerical
• Friendly using windows application and internet
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Having knowledge of filling document
• Ability for multi-tasking and job priotization
• Have good operating telephone machine
• Customer service satisfaction oriented, well organized, and able to handle multitasks
• Fast learner, hard working, willing to work under pressure, communication skill, and able to work as team.
• Detailed, accurate, and on time in work output and has initiative
• Be able to represent company's image
• Able to join immediately
