ACTA Service Engineer & On-Site Engineer

 

Job description

• Repair tightening tools at customer site and workshop
• Support training customers
• Installation tools at customer site or any project.
• Support information and service to sales and marketing
• Support information and service to distributors
• Manage service contracts
• Manage turnaround time
• Report service activities to operation service manager.

Mission

• Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations.
• Develop rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
• Repair Mechanic with strong mechanical attitude
• Support technical Support Supervisor in providing monthly report on technical support problems
• Assist all activities for support aftermarket business

Experience requirements

• 1 to 2 years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing industrial air equipment (Atlas Copco and other) or equivalent
• Have a clear driving license and able to travel up-country (for Service Engineer).
• High level of customer service through excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.- Provide report on technical support function to Technical support Supervisor i.e : technical failure report;

Knowledge

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Computer literate
• Good command of spoken and written English

Educational requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related equivalent (Service Engineer)
• STM/ Technical High School in mechanical/ electrical (On-Site Engineer)

Personality requirements

• Service mind characteristic
• Must be self-directed and have excellent organizational,
• Good interpersonal,
• Good in verbal and written communication, and
• Able to handle and solve the problem
