PSYCHOLOGIST as CONSULTANT
for SELECTION AND ASSESSMENT DIVISION
(code : CONS-M0512)
Responsibilities :
- Handle recruitment process such as, administration of test, interview candidates and make assessment report
- Control and monitoring daily operational based on SOP
- Coordination with client to fulfill their needs
- Mapping competencies based on client demand
- Design assessment methods and case
- Consultation for candidates result with client
- Presentation for company product
- Make project plan and control implementation
Requirements :
- Max. 30 years old
- Master Degree of Psychology Profession
- Fresh graduates are welcome or experience min. 1 year in the same area (preferable experience in consultant)
- Have passion career as consultant or expertise area
- Eager to have challenge and high passion to learn new things
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and goal oriented
- Able to work individually and as a team player
- Willing to travel around all around Indonesia or overseas for project assignment
