 For the following positions:

HUMAN RESOURCES and LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, BALI

 

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required
  
• Minimum two year managerial experience in Human Resources required, preferably in a luxury Hotel
  
• Good English communication skills
• Previous guest relations training preferred  

 Skills :

• Outstanding leadership skills
• Ability to motivate staff, and foster a professional working environment in which the Company's core values are a way of life
  
• Ability to satisfactory communicate in English and effectively in public 
• Ability to conduct trainings
