Senior Trainer - Program Development
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and provide training development programs
- Handling Project Training based on Training Need Analysis (TNA), Training designed, Maping Training Need.
- Develop Training Syllabus and Material
- Develop Employee Evaluation System
- Internal Trainer
Requirements:
- Male or Female, with max. of age 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent for at least 4 years.
- Fluent in English and ability to speak Mandarin ( familiar with chinese dialect ) is an advantage
- Having strong background on Sales & Marketing, preferably from FMCG industry
- Creative, good team player, having excellent communication and leadership skills
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
