Simple "no code" approach

- on any wiki / web part page

- where it would be useful to submit / view these large files

- use **Page viewer web part**

- configured to show the File system folder tree

- where you intend users to store the large files

- user can simply

- drag and drop files into their folder

- click on a filename - to open a file

First, you'll have to upgrade from SQL Express to SQL Enterprise.

Thanks Mark for the feedback.
We did ask Microsoft for Help the next Friday.
They said the error happens due to our custom code made memory Leak.
But I am afraid server1 is up. This error can be happens again.
