Saya saat ini lagi supply tempurung kelapa ke Pabrik Briket,
kapasitas pengiriman sebesar 1.000MT/bulan. dikarenanakan dari sisi permodalan cukup besar, untuk itu saya mau menawarkan kerjasama investasi di project ini, berikut detail perhitungannnya :

Harga beli tempurung : Rp. 650/Kg
Harga jual tempurung : Rp. 750/Kg 

Total :
Harga beli  Rp. 650 x 1.000 Ton (1.000.000/kg) = Rp.650.000.000
Harga Jual Rp. 750 x 1.000 Ton (1.000.000/kg) = Rp.750.000.000
Jadi ada keuntungan sebesar Rp.100.000.000/Bulan

Ilustrasi hitungan Investasinya (sharing 60:40), Investor 60% :
 
Investasi Rp. 25.000.000,-
maka dalam jumlah barang 38.462 Kg (38.5 MT)
38.462 x Rp.100 =  Rp. 3.846.154

Total Profit :
Investor 60% = 2.307.692 / Bulan
