Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree
• Sound knowledge of software sales
• Experience of min 3 years in channel sales.
• Responsible for finding new effective partner
• Very effective interpersonal skills with excellent communication both verbally and written.
• In-depth knowledge of the market and channel sales.
• Motivational and full of energy.
• Responsible for the vertical and horizontal growth of the channels in market.
• Develop and implement many different revenue enhancement schemes.

We Invite Qualified Executives to Fill the Following Position:

- Business Development Manager -

Qualifications:
• Male / Female
• University degree in any discipline
• At least 7 years' experience in business development role in IT industry
• Experience in dealing with senior management in small to medium organizations
• Ability to learn quickly about application solutions and their positioning in the market
• Fluent in speaking and writing Bahasa Indonesia
• Adequate working knowledge of English

Scope of Work:
• Work towards revenue and gross margin targets
• Manage a small team of 2 or 3 salespersons
• Able to co-ordinate with technical support team to ensure completeness of proposals to prospects as well as delivery of comprehensive presentations, demos and clarifications
• Able to co-ordinate with implementation team to ensure the delivery of solution in line with company agreements with customers to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to immediate manager
• Ability to launch new solutions and explore new opportunities in line with company plans
• Ability to co-ordinate with principals or in-house development team to ensure that sales team is executing a plan that meets company expectation
• Ability to identify and develop partners and resellers

Salary: negotiable
