An international holding, providing its clients with services on internet-based trading on Forex (foreign exchange) and CFD (contracts for difference) trading, requires an OFFICE COORDINATOR for its newly established company in Jakarta.
The company in Jakarta will provide educational trainings, seminars and lectures to introduce Forex and internet trading to all interested people. The Office Coordinator should be an experienced person who could organize all aspects of the company's start-up operations and subsequent processes. He/she should have an understanding of Forex trading, at least generally. The Office Coordinator will report to the company's general director and commercial director directly and will liaise with marketing offices in Moscow and Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
Develop the company in the Indonesian market, dealing with marketing, advertisement
Manage and lead the office with great organizational skills
Ensure to control the activity of the office, dealing with clients and partners, promoting the company's brand;
Organize activities to attract new customers such as free seminars, introductory lectures, etc.
Conduct competitor analysis as appropriate.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Required language(s): Indonesian, English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field (financial/service industry)
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Working experience in Forex is a strong advantage.
