Dear All,

Livingsocial has a tremendous opportunity as Receptionist to join our team.

Job Description :

1. To receiving incoming calls, incoming guests and customers.

2. To ensure all documents and or package distributed to the right
person.

3. To assist the employees for stationery supplies, and prepare the
report every month.

4. To arrange the meeting room.

5. To ensure the front desk area is presentable, neat and clean.

6. To act as representative of Company in providing best assistance
services for all incoming calls, guest, customers and or when needed.

Qualification :

1. Min. Diploma degree from any background.

2. Good communication in English both written and spoken

3. Proficient in MS Office.

4. Min. 1 years experiences in administration/receptionist/customer
service.

5. Good interpersonal skill.

6. Able to work in fast paced environment.

7. Having good initiative, team work and able to work independent.
