Our Client, a well-known rapidly growing FMCG Company, is urgently Seeking Dynamic Professionals to strengthen their Growing Team.
We invite qualified executives to fill the following position:
- International Marketing Manager -
Main Requirements:
• Male / Female.
• Max. 35 years old.
• Bachelor or Master Degree qualified in Business or Marketing with an additional 12+ years of Marketing and Sales experience.
• Having a strong FMCG background and regional management experience.
• Having experience in developing marketing strategies in which achieve ROI and a clear understanding of consumer behavior.
• Creative, strategically strong and able to commit to long-term sales and marketing objectives.
• Excellent command of English, or Mandarin, is required as well as an entrepreneurial mindset.
Scope of Work:
• Strategically planning across all areas of the marketing mix to drive sales further.
• Focused on NPD, you'll develop the road map based on consumer research through your brand team and work closely on their various channels to market to drive sell through.
• Reporting to the MD and working with a Sales & Marketing Team, undertake an exciting role encompassing a wide range of commercial activities.
• Develop innovative marketing strategies in line with business objectives and ensure effective implementation.
• Marketing campaigns will encompass ATL, BTL and digital activities.
• Working closely with R&D, research current market trends and identify opportunities for new product development.
• Launch new products in current and new markets whilst simultaneously enhancing current product portfolio.
• Manage export activities, establish Sales & Distributor operations globally and own monthly and quarterly delivery of Business & Sales KPIs.
Salary :
± Rp 15 - 20 mio / month (IDR) + Benefits
