[Indo-Job] HR Officer, KNCV Indonesia

 

KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation Indonesia, an internationally acclaimed center of expertise for TB control, is currely seeking for:

HR Officer (based in Representative Office, Jakarta)

Reporting to Head of Human Resources, you will be the focal person to deal on organization's Payroll, Jamsostek, Insurance, Recruitment,and Personnel Administration.

To help you perform the role effectively, you should ideally have:
- S1 degree
- 2 year experience, especially in Payroll
- Hands on in Pph 21, Jamsostek, Insurance, overtime calculation
- Good understanding on Performance Management System and Job Evaluation
- Basic Knowledge of English
