I am pleased to announce that seven new PhD positions for the INREF funded BESTTuna programme at Wageningen University. For details please see http://www.besttuna.wur.nl/UK/vacancies/.
 
Please note that the date for application has been extended until the 30th of March 2012.
 
The programme, starting in mid-2012, is a collaboration between Wageningen University, Bogor University in Indonesia, the University of the Philippines (Visayas and Mindanao), and the University of the South Pacific. The objective of BESTTuna is to study the design of effective and equitable state and market-based governance arrangements to achieve sustainable trans-boundary tuna management in the Coral Triangle and Western Pacific. The positions are only open to nationals of Indonesia, the Philippines and the countries of the Western Pacific.
