• Established relationships in hospitality industry

GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
• Implementing and maintaining Accounting SOPs, Policy & Procedures, inline
with the uniform systems of accounts for the lodging industry
• Ensuring financial governance and consolidated reporting at all times
• Providing commercial and financial inputs to the formulation of operational
strategies and action plans
• Indonesian, impeccable written and oral English
• Experience in hospitality is a must (min. of 8 to 10 years)
• International Accounting qualifications
• Strong leadership abilities

GROUP HR MANAGER
• Responsible for Group's recruitment framework and talent management solutions
• Implementing and maintaining Group's Human Resources SOPs, Policy & Procedures, Rules & Regulations
• Providing inputs to the formulation of operational strategies and action plans
• Experience in hospitality is a must (min. of 8 to 10 years)
• Strong leadership abilities
• Commercially focused
• Indonesian, impeccable written and oral English
• Strategic and operational competency
• Hands on approach and strong training skills
• Established relationships in hospitality industry
• Creative and energetic
• Valuing and appreciating premium standards
• Detail oriented

DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING
• Ambitious and always optimistic
• Developing and implementing Sales and Marketing plans
• Strong leadership ability

• Business development capability
• P&L responsibility
• Proven senior sales management experience (min. of 3 to 5 years)
• Strategic and operational competency
• Hands on
• Fostering and maintaining strong relationships

• Valuing and appreciating premium standards

• Indonesian, impeccable written and oral English
