Currently we are looking for high qualified individual for below position :

1. Process Standardization & Operation Support

Key Responsibilities :
• To provide first line support to the Best-Users/End-Users in case of
troubleshooting and functional knowledge shortcomings pertaining to
Country IT Applications, inform/escalate any technical problem to IT
helpdesk when necessary, inform to the superior and follow up
• To provide initial and follow-up training for Best-Users, End-Users
of all CT Business IT-applications (LOGIS, Local Applications & DHLi)
• To plan, assist and perform yearly training program for staff to be
trained in close cooperation with related department
• To distribute operational communication (ASM-All Station Message) to
all related parties within DGF and make sure the implementation in
coordination with Quality Supervisor

Requirements :
• Max.35 year old, Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Technical with 5 years
working experiences in handling IT application and training preferably
in forwarding & logistics company
• Good knowledge in LOGIS (either LOGIS Air or LOGIS Ocean)
• Good skills in presentation, writing documentation, and reporting
• Good command in English (oral and written) and Computer Literate

2. Field Operation

Requirements :
• Male, max.35 years old, minimum Diploma Degree with 3 years working
experiences as Field Operation in KPU Tanjung Priok
• Well understanding about customs process in KPU Tanjung Priok
• Having experience with custom clearance with facility such as
temporary import facility, re-export, master-list, BCF 1.5 TPP, etc
• Good negotiation skill
• Good command in English (oral and written) and Computer Literate

3. Internship Student

Responsibilities :
• Supporting in each department which is suitable from trainee's background

Requirements :
• Students in final year of University majoring in Accounting,
Management, and IT, with last GPA 2,75
• Internship / temporary employee for 3-6 months
