A leading building materials distribution subsidiary of SCG distribution, currently seeking for competence and qualified candidate for : 1. Project Supervisor
Responsibility :
a. Preparing sales activities plan for client acquisition, develop and maintain relationship with prime customers
b. Ensure the implementation of service standard
c. Monitoring the implementation of service quality to costomers and all complain are handled in apropriate and standardized
2. Branch Manager
Responsibilities :
a. Preparing sales activities plan and coordinate in new client acquisition, develop and
maintain relationship with prime customer
b. Developing and evaluate portfolio and performance of the branch
c. Ensure the implementation of service standard
d. Monitoring service to customer and all complain are handled in proper manner and
make service improvement plan
e. Ensure that branch operational running smoothly
Requirements :
a. Bachelor degree from reputable university (1 dan 2)
b. Minimum age 25 years (1)
c. Maksimum age 40 years (2)
d. Have experienced in managing sales team at building material distribution with good performance track record (2)
e. Target oriented
f. Have a good sales ability
g. Fluent in English and mandarin is an advantage
h. Can work underpressure
i. Willing to place at the branch all around indonesia (2)
