*Bueno Energy International* is a coal mining and trading company. Cargo
traded or produced by *Bueno Energy International *are mainly for the
supply to Chinese or Thailand coal end users. In year 2010, the company
expanded its operation to Indonesia and setting up *PT Bueno Energy
Indonesia *in Jakarta at the Thamrin area's the Plaza Tower.
We are currently inviting highly dynamic, self-motivated and committed
applicants to apply several positions in a challenging work environment as
follow:
*1. EXPORT MANAGER (EM)***
*Required Profile:*
· Male/Female with minimum 30 years of age.
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Maritime Studies,
Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related
field is required for this position.
· Experience in handling import & export relations at BKPM
Indonesia.
· Must possess strong skills in forming Shipping schedules,
Letter of credit, EXIM Documents , Customs duties etc.
· Good communication skills, English is essential, computer
literate.
· Placement in Jakarta.
*Taski and Responsibilities:*
· Handle all EXIM Documents.
· Preparation of master list in co-ordination with concern
department.
· Liaisoning with Government department for master list.
· Filing application for import duty exemption.
· Coordination with government authority for duty exemption.
· Co-ordination & liaising with contractors, BKPM, Port
authorities, CHA, ship agents etc.
· Updated knowledge of local export/import, laws and
procedures, tariffs, licenses etc.
*2. HR MANAGER (HRM)*
*Required Profile:*
· Male/Female with minimum 30 years of age
· Bachelor Degree from all major (Psychology and Management
are preferable).
· Having 3+years experience in handling Human Resources field such as
Recruitment, Organizational Development, Training, General Affair,
Personnel and Compensation and Benefit with at least 2 years in managerial
level (preferably from mining and energy company).
· Having good planning, good interpersonal and communication
skill with all level in organization, target oriented, and good analytical
thinking.
· Willing to travel.
· Familiar with balanced Scorecard and Compensation Programs
· Up to date on Human Resources laws and Regulations
* *
*Task And Responsibilities:*
· Ensure that compensation programs support business
objectives and stockholder interests.
· Develop criteria for evaluation and reward of individual,
team and organizational performance.
· Examining tax and regulatory compliance.
· Develop a total compensation strategy and a design "blue
print".
*3. Driver*
Required Profile:
· citizen, male, age minimum 25 years
· the last of at least senior secondary education (graduate)
· A minimum of 3 years work experience as a driver.
· Have a good knowledge of the Jakarta road system
· Good communication skills in English and Indonesian
(mainly oral).
· Hold a A1 Indonesian Driving License
· This job can be physically demanding so the applicant
should be in good health.
