HR Generalist

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from faculty of law / psychology or management
• Minimum 5 (five) years experience as HR Generalist, preferably from mining, manufacture or construction industry
• Well understanding about :

1. Man power regulation
2. Recruitment and training
3. Compensation benefit
4. Payroll
5. Industrial relation
6. Performance appraisal
7. Human resource information system (HRMS)
