[sintesa-resourcing] Urgent Vacancy in Mining - Legal Supervisor & Staff (Jakarta Base)

 

We are a Mining Company, member of a fast growing mining group company intending to commence operation in Central Kalimantan for coking coal project, looking for a dynamic and highly motivated professionals with successful track record to join and grow with the company, urgently looking for these vacant positions below :

Legal Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • To manage legal contract, prepare documentation and other activities related to corporate legal matters
Requirements:
·         Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent.
·         At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
·         Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
·         Has experience working in a Law Firm will be an advantage.
·         Independent, proactive and has good problem solving ability.
·         Dynamic and willing to work mobile and in remote area.


Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
To manage land compensation,  prepare land compensation documentation and other activities related to company's legal matters

Requirements:
·         Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent.
·         At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
·         Has experience in Notary Office will be an advantage
·         Independent, proactive and has good problem solving ability
·         Dynamic and willing to work mobile and in remote area.
