Qualifications :
• Male, Age Max. 28 years
• Min Diploma Degree from Informatic IPK min. 3:00
• Good English
• Fresh Graduated or Min 1 year experience as IT Technical Support
• Ability to handle any customers complaint with a good communication skill
• Experience on implementing of LAN/Proxy/Mail Server
• Experience on Installing & configuring computer systems, MonitoAring & maintaining computer systems and networks, Troubleshooting systems network problems, diagnosis and solving hardware/software faults.
• Expert on computer hardware, software , network device and Windows Operating Systems
• Open-minded (keep to learn new technologies / platform / tools)
