JOB DESK:
· Analyze of customer complaints to provide information for higher level
management to review the quality of service.
· Analyze all data from related department and transform it as several
report such as daily, weekly and monthly report
· Send SMS Broadcast to customer as requested from all departments
· Create complaint monitoring report which handled by agent
· Create customer operation report that will be used for weekly meeting
· Create Weekly and Monthly Network Performance to view vendor
performance
· Assist Manager to provide data and create report as request from BOD
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree/Assosiate degree
6-2 years experience
Max 29 years old
Man/Woman
