MTFA is a one year program that was specially designed to prepare and provide the young promising individuals a fast track career path in the Finance or Accounting area. Shall you join as a MTFA candidate, you will receive comprehensive trainings as well as on the job training and undergo intensive leadership development. You will be given the opportunity to be rotated to various related functions in Finance & Accounting and you'll be expected to gain in-depth understanding of the culture and business process upon completion of the program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting with minimum GPA of 3.0 from reputable University, MBA is an advantage
- Max. 25 years of age
- Possesses good analytical & communication skills
- Willing to travel extensively
