Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will be reporting directly to Finance & Administration Director and responsible for organizational systems development and implementation as well as ongoing measurement and tracking of facilities' performance to meet established corporate goals. Direct and monitor the performance and achievements of the employees. Provide and implement policies, discipline, evaluations, and feedbacks for all employees to ensure their success.
Qualifiications:
- Must have superior leadership skills, management skills, decision-making skills, problem-solving skills, and conflict-management abilities.
- Proactive, able to anticipate issues and have a great analytical thinking in takes action to solve, so the efforts are successful.
- Ability to work and communicate well when under pressure, in team, and individually with little or no supervision.
- High dedication in keeping confidentiality, diplomatically and able to maintain an unbiased point of view
- Knowledge of effective time management.
- Good Computer skill ( Ms. Office ) and others SAP program
- Bachelor Degree and 3-5 years working experience preferably in senior management/general manager level
- Willing to travel out of town
- High motivation & target oriented
- Preferably have experience in related Industry
