Main
Requirements:

Bachelor
Degree in relevant disciplines, preferably in Psychology / HR Management
·
Minimum
4 years relevant experience as Leadership & Development Officer in HR area
·
Expert
knowledge in Organisational Development, Project Management and Quality
·
Professional
knowledge and experience in Personnel Development, Employee
Training,
Personnel Consulting, and Assessment
·
Expert in information technology and Microsoft Office
applications especially in Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft
Outlook
·
Good analytical, organizational and planning skills with
result and quality orientation
·
Good communication, and good interpersonal skills
·
Good working attitude communication, and good interpersonal
skills
·
Able
to work with details and multi-task
·
Able
to work
under pressure
·
Able
to work independently and in teams
·
Proficient
in spoken and written English
Salary
: Rp. 7.5 - 10 million per
month plus Other Benefits
Depending on Qualifications and Experience
