Working closely with the Human Resources Manager, The successful candidate will help to assist in managing all aspects of Human Resources Areas, such as; HR general, recruitment, training & development, talent mapping, termination, compensation & benefits, legal, industrial relations, employee relations and payroll. Qualification: FEMALE, max. 28 years of age, bachelor degree in law or psychology or Human Resources Management, a minimum two years of experiences in a busy HR Department at Training Officer or HR Officer level, must have a good knowledge of labor regulations, Recently qualified or working towards Training qualification, able to demonstrate an understanding of the Training and HR cycle, experience in making syllabus of training program.
