MINING REPORTING ENGINEER
 
Requirements:
1) Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.
2) Minimum 3 years experience as a Mining Engineer.
3) Understand Mining Business Process
4) Must be proficient in Excel, Power Point, Report Preparation and Presentation
5) Good Analytical and Problem Solving skills 
6)  Attention to details
7) Willing to travel to company's mining sites to provide training
 
Responsibilities:
1) Develop Mining Production Forecast for mining project in order to provide support for project in determining their target.
2) Reviewing daily, weekly and monthly production & cost report, follow up and review with site cost controllers, engineers and project managers for monthly datato ensure report accuration in timely manner and conform with mining standard report.
3) Develop and apply reporting system for new project, setup report templates for new and existing projectsto ensure the conformation with company's current standard.
4) Establish and customize reports,monthly Project Monthly Review (PMR) templatesand collate project monthly report to be reviewed by managers..
5) Generate and distribute monthly Mining Incentive Scheme (MIS)target to ensure that all MIS targets are delivered with accuracy in timely manner..
6) Monitor and control OpsDB and Mine Intel-Net to ensure the validity of data and provide training to new users.

TREASURY ANALYST (Cash Management)

Qatargas Cash Management Section provides cash management services to the various joint venture companies operated by Qatargas. The main activities of the treasury analyst will be as follows:

� Reconcile forecasts to actual bank activity and investigate variances internally as well as externally with banks.
� Prepare fund transfers to ensure all company accounts are adequately funded to meet scheduled payments.
� Assess surplus cash available for investments and distribution to shareholders.
� Place funds on short term investments with approved counterparties.
� Handle opening/closing bank accounts and general bank account administration as per company P&P as well as establishing investment relationship accounts with various counterparties.
� Participate in treasury system design set up for new companies when required.
� update of cash management P&Ps as well as develop new ones if necessary.
� Able to read and comprehend legal documents such as Joint venture and Accounts Agreements that govern the operation of the companies assigned.
� Assist with managing short term liquidity requirement through external funding if needed.
� Supervise and assist in training and developing new/existing staff.
� Regular communication with banks for funding, investigations, investments etc.

Technical Assistant

� Prepares variety of special drafting work that require high degree of accuracy, neatness, and appealing Quality to be used for management meeting and conferences.
� Responsible for algebraic, mathematical calculations for drafting and other measurable drafting assignment or any other similar duties for accuracy and reliability.
� Schedules, controls, review and sitting up priority of all drafting duties in Exploration Department, using a proper Judgement to comply with exploration program and entire company operations.
� (deal candidate should have the following experience gained from working within a major Indonesian operating company:
� Be proficient in the use of computer aided drafting programs such as Corel Draw, Map Info, GIS or Auto CAD in order to provide technical drafting support to exploration and drilling departments.
� Competent in using all relevant computer programs to input/retrieval and update a G&G data base.
� Organizing and managing a G&G data base which will allow multi disciplined users to access and retrieve data with ease.

Qualifications:
1. Minimal D-III education with minimum 8 years experience in drafting and data files management. A person bearing artistic, intelligent background will be advantageous.
2. 6 - 8 years experience in the oil and gas Industry.
3. Oral Fluency and good written English. Mastering of drafting computer software.
4. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple ongoing projects, with advice from leadership.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to challenge others in a constructive manner and negotiate with internal peers, partners and 3rd parties to influence decisions or ways of working.
6. Must be a self starter with good decision-taking skills with ability to plan and organize workload effectively and a proven ability to work under pressure without sacrificing quality.
7. Good team player with a proactive and flexible attitude, and able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
8. This is a Local staff role open to applicants of Indonesian nationality only.
