District Sales Manager (ethical product)
District Sales Manager (ethical product) - Jakarta
Objective:
To achieve genuine sales target and profit in his/her district, including to grow the business sales
Responsibilities:
* To ensure the business fund effectively and to do follow-up
* To ensure hat PSR and TC done their job as well as stated in the Job Description and been in line with management policy
* To ensure the updating of master doctor list, pharmacy, hospital, clinic lists (all Territory master lists) periodically
* To ensure the execution and follow-up of marketing programs and other programs issued by HO
* To decide the discount to customers and to ensure the right distribution
* To visit his own responsible key costumers/doctors
* To create monthly reports and other requested reports
* To hold coordination meetings with Branch Managers of distributor
* To motivate, coach, develop people to achieve maximum productivity and sales target
* To do random / joint visit at least 3 times a week
* To identify the training needs for him self and team
* To actively participate in the process of recruitment for new PSR by conducting interviews and selections, and propose the candidates to HO
* To take full responsibility for the vacant territories of his district..
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), preferably with Medical, Pharmacy, Biology background
* 3 - 8 years of experience as a Team Coordinator or Area Sales Manager in pharmaceutical industry
* Knowledge in medical and ethical promotion
* Strong leadership skill, including: coaching, motivating, developing, mentoring his/her subordinates
* Good oral, written and presentation skills in English (English is a must)
* Excellent communication skill, human relation, decision making skills and team working
* Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi tasks
* Willing to be Located at Jakarta
