HSE MANAGER

Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferable from Occupational HSE / Public Health / Environment Engineering.

Requirements:
Responsibilities:
* Establish HSE policy, procedures and standards that comply with industry standards and regulations in order to support the company´s operations effectively and efficiently
* Develop HSE short and long-term programs, including awareness programs, certification programs, which are in line with the company short and long term plans, as well as the industry standards in order to achieve the HSE departmental objectives optimally and in a cost-efficient manner
* Develop the HSE management system, including inspection system and HSE audit system in order to support HSE programs implementation effectively and efficiently
* Coordinate with all business line managers and field HSE representatives when implementing HSE programs
* Review, update and communicate the company´s Safety Inductions in line with the 11 key elements
* Monitor and control HS statistic records in the "In Control"system and present the trend analysis from the statistics to ensure the HS database is updated and analyzed
* Improve and evaluate all areas of risk assessment, hazard management, project HS systems and training within business units by regularly visiting and developing initiatives to ensure the project response or control in their project HS risk
* Support and assist the site administrator or HR manager in the injury management process and commercial department in insurance claims to ensure Injury Management processes are completed properly and there are no rejections from the insurance company
* To improve environmental performance and maintain third party accreditation (i.e. ISO 14001) and work effectively with the certification body
* Continuously monitor HSE practices within the company´s operations and evaluate the performance of the existing HSE policy, procedures and programs in order to identify possible obstacles / ineffectiveness and improve the program within time

Corporate Legal
Major Qualifications:
- Female, 24 - 28 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University, majoring in Civil law/ bussines / economic law / international law.
- Fluent in English both oral & Writing.
- Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated, strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
- Excellent consulting, good analitical, negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work independently (with minimum supervisory) & as a part of a team.
- Min. 2 (two) years experience in the same position.

Major Responsibility:
- Analyze and review all legal contracts related to company's business
- Able to do legal drafting.
- Legal contract negotiation with customers
- Act as an internal legal advisor to all departements & company's management.
- Create internal regulation to support company's operation
- Handle dispute settlement both internally & externally.
- Monitor & up date company legal documentation, rule and regulation related to company's business.
